1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of stays, camping pitches, rental accommodations (mobile homes, chalets, etc.), activities, and services offered by the Sablé-sur-Sarthe campsite.

2. Booking and Contract

- Deposit: 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking for rental accommodations. 
- Confirmation: booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and the completed form. 
- Balance: payable upon arrival.

3. Arrival and Departure Times

- Pitches: arrival after 12:00 p.m., departure before 12:00 p.m. 
- Rental accommodations: arrival after 4:00 p.m., departure before 10:00 a.m.

4. Security Deposit

- Rental accommodations: €300 + €50 for cleanliness. 
- Pitches: €30 for the access card. 

5. Cancellation

- More than 30 days in advance: deposit refunded. 
- Less than 30 days in advance: deposit non-refundable.

6. Pets

- Allowed only on pitches, must be kept on a leash, and must have an up-to-date vaccination record. 
- Not allowed in rental accommodations. 

7. Included Services

Water, Wi-Fi, sanitary facilities, swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September), playground, and summer activities.

8. Tourist Tax

Not included in the rates.

9. Internal Rules

Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., respect of sanitary facilities, waste sorting, and a speed limit of 10 km/h within the campsite.

10. Liability

The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

11. GDPR

Data is processed for booking and billing purposes. Rights include access, rectification, and deletion.

12. Mediation

Mediator: CM2C or Tourism and Travel Mediation.

13. Jurisdiction

French law applies. The competent courts are those of Le Mans.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Making a reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the internal regulations.
