Because nature is best enjoyed on foot, 11 walking routes are available around Sablé and Solesmes to help you discover the local area. Available at the Vallée de la Sarthe Tourist Office, they can also be downloaded for free from the Vallée de la Sarthe website.Find out more
Two large parks are easily accessible from the campsite:
- The Château Park: 16 hectares in the town center, perfect for walks with wide lawns and many remarkable trees (cedars, oaks, ginkgo biloba, etc.). A large playground with wooden structures is available for children.
- The Public Garden: a 14-hectare green space close to the town center, located opposite the Espace Henri Royer (a leisure area with water activities and summer events, open to everyone along the Sarthe River). It includes a playground, basketball and football courts, as well as a mini-golf course.
